Your Club at the Heart of Campus
The Senior Common Room is a members-only clubhouse — a refined space to dine, connect, and unwind on campus. Since 1951, the SCR has served as a home away from home on campus — where colleagues become community over good food, curated events, and shared spaces.
Membership is by eligibility only, reserved for qualified individuals with a sufficient connection to the University.

Unrestricted Access to The Clubhouse
- Ordinary | Joint | Associate | Senior Retired -
Our premier membership for those at the heart of The University of Hong Kong. Enjoy full access to all SCR facilities and services with no time restrictions.
Eligibility:

✓ Full-time staff at TOSI / Band F–J / Wardens of Residential Halls and Colleges

✓ Spouse of Ordinary Member (Joint)

✓ Visiting scholars, members of the Court and Council (Associate)

✓ Pre-existing Ordinary Members who have retired (Senior Retired)

All day, every day — no restrictions.

Ordinary Member ...............$1,584 / 12 months
Joint Member (with spouse)..$2,400 / 12 months
Associate Member.................$1,584 / 12 months
Senior Retired Member.........$960 / 12 months
Stay Connected Beyond Campus

For those with a meaningful connection to HKU who wish to enjoy the SCR's facilities and community. Access is available on weekday afternoons, weekends, and public holidays.
