Chef Rex Cheung 

Chef Rex Cheung, who is well-versed in the essence of both traditional and modern Cantonese cuisine, has over 20 years of rich experience. He excels in blending various regional cuisines and Asian culinary arts, seamlessly integrating Eastern and Western cooking techniques to create a unique style. He has worked in several renowned restaurants, including Voynich Chinese Restaurant and the Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Shatin.

 

With his years of experience and passion for cooking, Chef Rex will bring refreshing dishes to Ming Pavilion, creating an unforgettable culinary feast for diners with his superb culinary skills and commitment to quality.​

Chef Frankie Wong 

Chef Wong is a culinary specialist mastering authentic Chinese cuisines from Shanghai and Canton. For more than 40 years, his footprint has covered Tokyo, mainland China and Hong Kong. He has taken the helm for many iconic restaurants and catering groups from the likes of Maxim Group, Lu Yang Cun, Shanghai Min, Tao Heung Group to Wang Ja Sha.  He has also served at Government House of the HKSAR Government Chief Executive’s Office.

Chef Wong is also an expert in offering and curating private banqueting menus at Senior Common Room.
